Need Help with Sqli Dumber v8.5

For some reason when im dumping a database, every password on every database I dump is just a string of random letters and numbers, (ex: 92dbd3d534218f1e6a85bee749c1cc65). I just find it difficult to believe that every password is like this. It seems like encryption but if anyone could help, it would be much appreciated.
