Need Help with a scammer on instagram, scammed me off £320 via paypal.

Got scammed £320 on paypal by this Scum called George Pri. Sold a Yeezy 700 Foam runner in a UK 5 to this scammer called George Pri, his address is 32 Nursery road, stanford-le-hope, SS17 7DH, UK. He paid £320 via paypal friends and family about 1 month ago and i posted the shoe to the address he provided on instagram, i have proof that the shoe was delivered and signed for by him. Few weeks ago he made a dispute claiming he didnt authorise the payment and his bank made a chargeback to paypal disputing the payment, as a result of this paypal took away my money and gave it back to him because the payment was friends and family. This scammer has now deleted his instagram account and his depop account. I have proof of our conversations as well as proof of postage. His email address is [email protected].
Please is any one able to help track this bloody scammer?

Sorry to break it to you but... You fucked up by asking him to send it as friends and family (no seller protection from paypal), and you also fucked up by not withdrawing the funds to your bank before he had the chance to chargeback.
There is no way to get the funds back.

Although, you do have his address so if you want to go "ask" him in person, go ahead, that's the only way you'll be able to get it back.

Yea i know i messed up, didnt think he was going to ever charge back tbh. He only charged back after like a month, plus the money gets taken immediately a dispute is opened. I would pull up to his address, just that he lives almost 5hrs away from me unfortunately.

Yeah it's unfortunate, just learn from it and make sure you don't fuck up again. It could have been a lot worse.
