Need a skill to learn, & why i QUIT e-commerce

In the last 3 years i made good money with e-commerce, but when my products stopped selling i found out that I don't have any skill (craft) to sell, i noticed that e-commerce won't get me far, it's good as a side hustle but i shouldn't be dependent on it, so i temporary quit and now i want to learn a skill that could be my primary source of income in the future  no matter what time it takes, here's what i considered and need your help to choose :
 
1- Web development 
2- cyber security
3- video editing
4- feel free to suggest me anything please 
Something that has the least hype around it and in demand would be the best for sure,

Unless you're going to college for those things it's very unlikely that you will make good income with those skills, not to say it's impossible of course. 

Editing videos is easy to learn but finding someone who will pay you for it is hard unless you're willing to work for chump change. You will also need a big portfolio and a bunch of past projects to show your skills.

Web development is also fairly easy to learn but the market is overrun. You might be able to find jobs if you know where to look but you won't make good income there either.

Cyber-security you will need college degree for most jobs if not all. Also harder to learn compared to your other options.

Depends on a lot of factors for example, if go blackhat route you can make big money without degree

It's amazingly easy, of course it most likely won't get you as much money as e-commerce does but it still does make money.
Learn premiere pro and a bit of after effects, then make a few projects and work for free to get your portfolio. Then, start making money through video editing servers on discord, or use ytjobs.com
