Hello everyone,

My father passed away this week from Stage IV Colon Cancer and the night before he did his girlfriend and her boyfriend (she's been cheating on my Dad) came to his room and scavenged what they could. They managed to steal all the cash he had left (he didn't leave money in the bank) along with a high school ring that he had and an engagement ring from his past marriage. The total amount that she stole was not much at all perhaps a few thousand but what matters most to me was the sentimental value items. She also tried to steal his car and grabbed his pink slips but I managed to get them back.

I've made my attempts to reason with her to take back what was stolen but she denies everything. My Dad before he passed told me that his cash was stashed away in a brown leather jacket. I know exactly which jacket it was since he only has one of them and the pockets were all open and one of the pockets had a distinct smell of cash in there. I am an only child with no family to help with his funeral costs and at this point, I am at a complete loss. I can't even grieve properly because my Dad passed away and all this unfolded afterward.

I have her legal name, address, phone number, driver license number, vin number of her car.

What can we do?

I reported it to the cops but they said this won’t hold up in court. It’s going to be a he said she said battle. Since there’s no proof that she came in and took his money. In her defense she could say that it was her money that she took back.

Just rob her back. You already have her info, what's there to dox? If you want to you could post public blogs, doxbin and so on so that any employer can lookup her name and instantly see that she's a scammer.
