Need help for SE a keyboard from MaxGaming

Just bought a keyboard from maxgaming with the thought of refund scamming the money back.
im fairly new to this so i would like to get some help

the only problem is that the box is weight, and i dont know any other way to reund it back if it's weight. I also live in Norway where i have a post office i pick up everything at, it doesn't come on my doorstep so i can't say its stolen or that it went missing?


Any ideas, or solutions?

Ask for return get the label and ftid or pay someone to do it, that is what i would do
