Need help with exporting/importing signed in accounts

Signed in on an account on my laptop (Microsoft account).
Need to be able to export this signed in account (don't have the password) to another computer, remember doing this via cookies awhile back but I have 0 clue how to now.
If this is up your street in terms of knowledge HMU, happy to pay you to walk me through how to do this.
