Need help with python script

I am looking for someone that can help me create a python script to check combos on a certain site and have the ability to use proxy or not.
multi threading is not a must, but preffered. its a simple post script nothing fancy and the reason im having an issue is i dont know much python at all i know other languages more than that, plus on bad login the return data is 401 Unauthorized header in http and Valid login is 200 OK
