Need program cracker

I have 1 program which belongs to world of warcraft game, its created by 1 person, when you open it (.exe), it will generate key, in .txt, and you will have to send that key to the program maker if you want to use the program.

there are some .enc profiles that i want to use ingame, but he is asking for money to use them..

any way to bypass this and use the .enc profiles?
