Need some help to start PLZ

I need some help to start with C# and Python !

I want to code checker and everything in this field !

But i'm really lost   If somebody can tell me, at which point start and what i need to learn 
I'm a total beginner !

First off, pick a language. Python and C# are  different languages, i'd reccomend python since it can run on any OS whereas coding in C# will restrict you to only windows. You will need to understand web requests since writing a checker (or at least the basic ones) require you to have a firm understanding of webrequests. I'd reccomend you read the python requests documentation and make sure you understand the python basics and understande:
- for and while loops
- lists and dicts
- IO streams
