Hello, hope someone who has VERIZON in USA as their mobile phone provider can help and share with me some info. I researched that you can read your SMS(MESSAGES) when you log in to your online verizon account(verizon.com) Do you have to enable this feature or confirm it with OTP or its just there automatically? And is there any delay when you got the SMS on your mobile phone and the time SMS appears on the online account?
Also when logging in to a VERIZON account online, I found out verizon ask to confim identity by sending OTP either via SMS or email - Lets say I got the code and logged in successfully, does verizon notify their users either via email or SMS that there is a Login from a new device or a new locaion to their online account?
