New SB Section for Sellers, Buyers, and askers

I think we all have at least faced a few times that while being in the SB General section, a random or even upgraded users join and spoil whole our talking, chat by asking for example, "Who sells spotify accs dm me!". In order to prevent such actions at least from General SB, I suggest to add another Asking SB next to Marketplace SB just for this type of users.
