New thread announcement in SB before it gets approved

So when I talk in SB sometimes I see new threads either posted by plebs or by HQ members but that are not accessible. 
All of them that do this are in sections where they need to be approved by a mod / smod so I think its because they are not approved yet

Not the most important suggestions but if coder / admin have some time feel free to fix this, would be great to spy greys combolists more efficiently

But i do agree that he could be good to not show "Waiting for approval" thread in the sb :)
