Newbie Question about creating SNIPR configs (headers?)

So I'm trying to create my very first SNIPR config ? and have run into a bit of a problem..
Im not sure what the headers are or like what denotes whats considered a header.. i hope that makes sense..
well here is a modified copy of what chrome dev responded

I dont think username and password would be in the headers but in the POST data instead

Try these for Headers:
