I even proposed him 80$ out of the whole refund because of the « timewaste » even though there was no timewaste it was free money for him, but now that he refuses it I want full refund or negociation on a partial one.

Additional Information: Booked 1 night of an hotel 2/3 weeks before the actual night, a week before I told him that I couldn’t get to go to the actual city so that I would like a refund, user was asking me if I wanted store credit I said no several times and refuses to refund me. He didn’t sent any ToS regarding non-refund policy to me whatsoever when doing the deal, he basically has my money and dorsn’t want to give it back.

The supposed night was normally the 27th to 28th February.

Hello, so I have talked to this user and we agreed on doing the booking, then he said he doesn‘t want it anymore which yes, I dont have a ToS for no refunds, we although settled for the orginal date then. after that the user agreed and out of no where he again wanted a refund again ->

I have also told him its the fault of two persons and that he agreed, he then went on to say that I do giveaways like I had the money but refuse to pay him.

I still offered him a free night on top of that because he couldn‘t attend which I wouldn‘t have to do. he still didn‘t want it.

I think he is a friendly guy, just as me. I‘m not looking to get banned or scam him. I just want this settled as well.

I‘m going to wait what the staff is saying and from there on we‘ll continue.

I still tried to go to the city but I didn’t got to as I told you so I maintained my decision on getting a refund

I even asked you to do a partial refund of 80$ because I know I wasted your time but even that you couldn’t
