Was very challenging to get capture working. I recommend using IPV6 proxies because it bans per address instead of per block, unlike most sites that support IPV6.

PlanID Translations:
fss = Southwest
fswi = Wisconsin
fsd = Detroit
fspt = ClipperVision
spso = Southeast
fsmw = Midwest
fsoh = Ohio
