OpenBullet 2 with kali linux?

Would i be able to download openbullet onto kali linux? i have it on my windows OS, so Ive tried to run some commands to download it through my terminal on linux, but when i run the command it doesn't seem to appear,like openbullet isn't shown the terminal reads its running and gives me the option to power it off using ctrl+c so im guessing it runs but why is the GUI isnt appearing any help please and thank you????

You see when you do the command to start it you will see one ip address its just 0.0.0.0: ans the port copy paste it on your browser than it's will work
