Had a HDD fail and decided to get a new PC with Windows 7---i5 3.2 Ghz with 8 Gb of ram 240 SSD. For some reason now no mater what version of OpenBullet I try my proxy testing stalls at 199 proxies, and I have to abort and hit check again----sometimes multiple times after that point. What is causing this? I'm on a Comcast 25 Mb line which is the same that i was on before upgrading my PC. It doesn't matter if i test with 35 bots or 350 bots it stalls at the same point?
