For skinbox:
This plugin requires a Steam API key to access both approved and workshop skin lists.
You can obtain your Steam API key from here -> https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
Once you have your Steam API key enter it into your config in the "steamApiKey" entry
Use the rust approved skin page link (workshop)

yea both are .cs files. They don't need any setup other than an api key for skinbox and another plugin for icon images for uber tool.  :pepo:
