Screenshots of Communication: No communication, I don't have discord.
Additional Information: I bought an Auth.GG subscription nearly 2 years ago, when the service had just launched. I've done nothing wrong and this week, my account says banned for TOS. So I go to read their TOS, I see nothing of it that I've violated, so I'm quite confused by the ban.
Crypto address for a refund: I don't want a refund. I use Auth.GG to license my applications. I cannot lose my Auth.GG users, it is the most important part of my business.

I never once spammed. All you have shown is alternate accounts, which is NOT prohibited in the Auth.GG TOS.

About the discord, I mean that I am banned from your Discord, so I cant make ticket.

You never showed a single proof that I circumvented Auth.GG, because I never did.

You aren't allowed to scam me like this man, you've shown 0 evidences of me violating Auth.GG TOS. I should be reinstated my account or given my money back: 1PnYzj5AsP14MvLAeBpnpGQS4C3Md1sWin

Your service barely worked anyways. You falsely advertised which is reason why you got my purchase. You claim 99.9% Uptime  but many people on Discord server said that not true. Give me my money back, I did not pay for a service that is barely online, and the code is bad and never updated.

Now, on top of me not able to login to Auth.GG, my users cant login to my application that use Auth.GG. I have just reason for the refund. Auth.GG falsely ban me, but also, they false advertise. They claim 99.9% uptime, but their Discord say otherwise. 



Outbuilt is literally saying he wont reply to this thread anymore, this is beyond BS and I'm so upset I was falsely advertised into buying these shit.

Yeah and now his administrator Enzyn is doxing me. I definitely want my money back, Auth.GG isn't even up 35% of the time, and I don't feel safe with trusting my users with him anymore. He's shown 0 actual evidence that I've broken his TOS, just the fact I have alternate accounts, which isn't prohibited by his TOS. Also §12 of Marketplace rules states him referencing his TOS is quite useless, I feel he only brought it up so he could expose my city, so much for user privacy.

So yeah my Auth.GG account was banned without a valid reason, and I was falsely advertised to. The uptime is nowhere near 99.9%. Doing so, we have successfully verified that you have hijacked this account from the sole owner and are also in violation of §3 of our Terms of Service.

Accounts are for single user, individual use only. Any non-individual use or multiple-party use is prohibited. For example, the following uses are prohibited under this section: Sharing a login between people.
 

• Sharing a login between people.
  
• Creating applications for other users.
  

If any suspicious activity is detected your account will be banned and unaccessible without warning.
