Additional Information: I bought in total 3 paypal accounts from puregold, (1 business paypal and 2 personal paypals), I bought them on Sept28-29 because I really needed them to accept some payments, I still have not received any compensation, refund and decent support. I understand that I was rude but I spent 154$ in your shop and you can only afford to reply to me twice in 1 day? its been more than 5 days and at this point I went to another provider, the only thing I want is a refund and to get this over with, both personal paypals were limited right as I got it, terrible customer support, telling me to fact check the terms and the terms do say indeed that I can get a refund, anyways, this has been a terrible experience whatsoever, I would really like a refund since I have already replaced these paypal accounts that puregold failed to deliver. (scrolling through our conversation I just realized he threatened to not give me replacement or refund for his faulty accounts! what a joke, image at the end of imgur)

Woah buddy that's a lot of lies and facts you are not mentioning,  

1. Lying about you being an "old" customer
2. Lying about our ToS (We never wrote that, Screenshotting from other vendor's ToS or maybe Fake ToS
3. I DID tell you that I can issue a replacement, You locked it within 3 hours of purchase, Which it seemed unfair to a customer, Now in that meantime  You purchased 2 other Paypals and now want refund for 3 all together.
4. You said if I can prove my ToS says that, there isn't no refund, You won't ask for refund, (Which I proved) You still is asking for one though   Now ofc, Forum's rules are different which I am aware of

This is your "proof" that your terms say no refunds? I gave you 3 different screenshots of your terms saying you give refunds after 24-48 hours of no delivery, or idk maybe the other screenshot saying ALL YOUR PRODUCTS ARE SUBJECT OF REFUND which you said is fake

also you bragged to me saying" If you open a scam report, Go ahead, Admins will tell me to do replacement or refund, I will surely do Replacement of course "
I'm not saying this is not applicable or not right to give the seller an option to give a replacement or a refund but this seller has used it too much, I bet if you see all him scam/deal disputes they will all be replacements.

Anyways, I have waited so long for this seller to respond to me, if the only way the seller will respond and honor his own terms or replace is through a scam report maybe its time you take down his shitty product all together
