Page navigation to be moved to the bottom

Not a necessity but would be handy if the page navigation was placed at the bottom (in searches and when viewing threads of others which comes under searches as well) for easy access
as after scrolling that's where we decide if we need to go to the next page.

I thought so too but couldn't find the settings to change the placement. Please link/guide where I can change that. Been needing it lately.
