I have been out the game a long time now but decided why not try to refund my M.2 NVME Drive that I bought from the Sandisk website since they're very small and lightweight. I bought 2 Drives. A 2TB(£150) and an 8TB(£600) drive. I told them in live chat the next day after receiving the parcel that I only received the 2TB. He said they will need to investigate... 5 days later I received this. What would be the best way to proceed with this.

"In order for your case to be completed, please reply to this email by providing me with the following information.

-  a clear photo of the serial number of the item received

- did you notice any signs of tampering, was the package was sealed when you receive it?

Once received, I will transfer them to the appropriate department in order to proceed with your case.

I shall be waiting for your reply.
Thank you for your cooperation."

I have already posted in the premium lounge but unsure if it was the right place! [Image: monkayes.gif]

I appreciate the reply, is the whole point to avoid a ups investigation?
