Permanent Bump on Marketplace Thread

Hi, I have been noticing for some months that certain threads are not pinned but remain permanently at the top, for example in the Services section the first 3 normal threads remain at the top even without someone having posted for months, how is this possible ?

i think in AutoBump the threat will bump automatically every 12 hours, but as he said those thread are even upper then the threads who received new post 1 min ago.

the first 3 in that section are prolly bugged or something. IDRK aswell. Maybe they are pinned aswell but there was no more room for the special pinned box if ya know what am saying. As you can see the last post was a month ago or so. There is no daily bump. AKA bugged or pinned.
