Picked up a lost iphone 13 with a crack at the back, need help unlocking and resettin

As title suggests, I recently picked up an iphone 13 on the street and it has been reported as lost and has beeped even when I turned it off. I have wrapped it with aluminium foil to stop it from getting service. I was wondering if there was a way to cracked the passcode or whatever so I can reset the phone? Any help is much appreciated!
