Additional Information: Seller initially gave me a account of google ads with 800 CAD + 600 CAD gift card. I used the account and it got locked for 2 days then I unlocked and started using the account again. After 2 days the account got charge back from card which was topped up with in billing address. The account is unusable seller promised me a replacement after 2 days but 2 days passed and I still didnt get a replacement on this account. I started to think I would rather get a refund then a replacement or if i get a replacement should be a good one. you can see all the information on my screenshots so you can confirm that.
