This boxer is a SCAM 

Dont order from him 


- He will lie on delay : he will tell you I will do it in 24h then as soon you pay after many day still nothing
- Will fuck your label : I payed for a FTID, he did a LIT while I never ask a LIT and told me : "yeah it was patched this morning", when other boxer will tell u it was patch far before .
This dude is selling service he cant provide and fucked my Refund Item by the same occasion

Tried to resolve peacefully, but it looks he doesn't want to talk, I offered him completing all his orders for free and issue full refund, but he refused. I have never tried insulting him or used curse words, I was trying to be pleasant and calm and resolve this whole situation. I am dearly sorry that you had this experience.

Explanation why I did LIT instead of FTID: I wasn't informed on time that it was massive patch on Chronopost FTID(my employee had a bypass) and it was last call for the evening, I decided to be a good service provider and took upon doing LIT(because there was nothing else to do with the label as FTID is patched accross the board) even though I was taking a loss on the service. I did it just to have good client satisfaction, but it seems it backfired.

Explanation on deleting message on the page: It was deleted by my admin instantly as he posted in my group and admin just took action as he thought this was spamming. Immediately after I saw that I told to my admin let him talk, since 2 first deleted messages I haven't deleted none of them and I won't ever delete any of the messages the he wrote.

For some reason the guy is taking screenshots of all our conversations like I was intending to delete it and somehow scam him, even though I have never edited or changed any of my customers messages, hes just blowing it all out of proportions, while I was just trying to provide good customer support.

There are no raison why you take a decision that s not yours at all. You wasted my Return, instead of beiing honnest and said :
I said shit I can only do LIT , you just take money from people (also why you didnt remove FTID now from your website ??) and you lie to customer about the delay and process. This is fact . 

Stop to try to act like you re honest, you scammed me. A scam is not only stealing money, its also lying to be able to take customer money. You sold a service you cant provide, this is SCAM.
You took a decision thats not yours with MY label, this is SCAM. 

I m gonna send u the BTC adress for the UPS refund that you never did after many day too

I m tired or liar and scammer in this industry.

This scam report has been solved, closed. The reason is he had offer the person for 4 days straight a refund but the OP was being hard about it and was not accepting it.
