You sent me one message on Telegram 4 months ago and never followed up. I get hundreds of messages daily, you can't expect me to see them all.

I did my part messaging you and on site, you make it an entire process to help customers get support. Thats your problem. 
I paid, I checked product, and I contacted you. That was my job, I never signed up to constantly try to contact you.

You ignoring and making excuses and sending false negative reps saying "retarded" just shows how your ego is small and instead of simply responding to my PM from a day or two ago you rather cause problems.

He sent me one message on Telegram 4 months ago with no order ID no email. I still don't have any order ID nor email. I can't verify he ever purchased. 
Also @laxy / @Liars please give him a warning points for commenting on a report he's not involved in

Isn't it your job to check telegram messages and on site tickets when a customer has problems? Does every customer need to pester and harass you to resolve their issue or are you once again busy sucking @laxy's cock?
