Additional Information: "We started in July, and he never delivered. The contract even stated a 1-2 month delivery time. He always came to me promising a refund, but he never follows through with his words. He's totally unreliable. I refused to leak his details because I want to give him one last chance to finally refund the full amount. This has been dragging on for months, and in the worst case, I will pursue legal action. I really didn't want to create a scam report, but I just want my money back. If anything else is needed from my side, always happy to share more details.
