Hi, I've made a ftid v3 label from DPD, I've changed the sender's and recipient's address, I've given the recipient's address with the same postal code as the one the parcel was supposed to reach and this pops up on tracking "there was a problem with the shipment we had to change its label" why?
This is a bump
