OP 07 March, 2023 - 10:38 AM
Hi everyone on this Tuesday morning. For some, it might be a good day, for others not so much, and unfortunately, I find myself in the latter group today. I don't know where to start, but the title is "Problems of a 24-year-old". For some, these might not be problems because others have much worse ones, but for me, it's a huge problem that keeps me up at night, especially since Sunday. The issue is a debt of PLN 4,300, currently owed to NetCredit (a payday loan company), but I had no other option at the time. I needed cash, and since I was out of work, I couldn't rely on a salary. I took out the loan in the summer of 2022 when my life completely fell apart. My physical health prevented me from functioning normally, starting from paralyzing stomach pains, to pain in my right arm (loss of feeling), which I couldn't even lift for an hour, to problems with eating (no appetite after 12 hours), to chest pain. I decided to undergo medical tests, received a referral for an MRI, and after receiving the results, it was all clear (hernia, vascular malformation, cysts, and some other issues), causing me to currently weigh only 59kg. I needed the money from the loan for medicine, fuel to get to the doctor, and fuel for rehabilitation visits, which, as you know, were not cheap. My mother was and still is working, but her health is also preventing her from functioning normally at work (and it's not a light issue). She is on sick leave and is waiting for a spine surgery. After that, she won't be able to work for some time, and I will have to take care of her (even though I have poor health at present). But she is my mother who raised me and took care of me alone because my father left us when I was 3 years old and hasn't been interested in us since then. That's in the past, though. There's no point in reopening old wounds, so getting to the point. NetCredit charges monthly interest of PLN 532 on the borrowed amount of PLN 3,300, and I paid as much as I could, often giving the last penny, but I only repaid the interest, and the debt didn't decrease. I haven't paid anything for the last two months because my mother and I are fighting for survival, the fees are killing us, the prices for shopping, rent, etc., and the interest has grown to PLN 1,053, while the total debt is PLN 4,300. They will charge another PLN 500 soon, and it will be PLN 4,800, which is a huge amount of money that I can't pay back all at once, borrow, obtain, or even earn honestly. I've been looking for work everywhere, but the closest job is 30 km away from home, and even if I worked (although the occupational health doctor won't approve my tests), I would only be able to repay partial interest. I would like to ask all of you, forum members, elites, administrators, or moderators, anyone who could help me repay the debt in full so that they won't charge me these crazy interests. I swear on my life I will work everything off to the last penny and pay it back within no later than 3-4 months. I can even sign a contract with all my data.
There are actually 2 days left before they terminate my contract, I keep getting calls, emails, reminders from them.. in 2 days they are supposed to terminate my contract and then I will only have 30 days to pay off the entire debt.. and I am not able to, the case will go to court.. I am on the verge of a breakdown.. I am asking you for help with all my heart.. because I really do not know what to do anymore. Thanks in advance for all forms of interest..
Please... you could even say I'm begging on my knees.
In the attachments, evidence about my debt .. and that I repaid as much as I could, but not enough ...
