Hello after two days of research I find the online cracked software that i was looking for

Now the instruction (Readme.txt) says to "replace pached executable" in the path where the program is installed.
1) What does it mean this. What do I have to repalce in the indicated folder?
Another thing is written in this guide is to Block using firewall.
2) What I should block using the firewall? Where do I have to go to do this?
Can anyone explain? I really a noob at cracking software. Thank you.
