It's not: I pay for product => I tell you not to send product => I ask for refund
It's: I pay for product => I send you phone number of friend for you to add to the account (Like we agreed in the telegram chat) => You stop answering (I sent the message the 25 March, you answer the 28 March https://i.ibb.co/x8zzhMz/ss.png ) => When you answer the friend stop answering => I realize this is not working => I ask for refund.

@PureGold You got the funds and he told you to wait and if he does not want the product anymore. You can go ahead and refund him within 24 hours. You cannot hold his funds for something he does not want or changed his mind.

Update before your response: Since he kept refusing to give my money back and I didn't get update from @Liars I felt forced to buy a binance account from him, in his description he claims that he offers docs with the account https://i.imgur.com/lt8P3Vt.png , yet he sent me one without them (I only received the selfie which is useless without the front and back), I needed those docs for my method because I need to verify another account that will work with binance, and that account need to be in the same name, and now it's not possible for me to do that.

Can I have Refund Address here? You are the worst customer I had in long time, Gave you Binance but that still don't work for you,Sorry but Please never come back to my shop <3 There's other shops that may provide a better service than me.

@Liars I want to state that I don't want this customer back, And If he purchases from me and I find out, I will void any type of warranty/Refund promised, Is that okay? I simply don't want this customer back, This is the only Deal dispute I had in months despite my business grew way more than before
