Additional Information: Don't hold any grudges against @PureGold quite frankly don't care that much, but since my partner paid for it, he urged a dispute. So hence it's friendly but we need more responsive support.

- In short, I purchased a AltPay account "Unlimited VCC" for me and my partner to use for business. Now starting off AltPay has a few issues that recently updated. 1. They ended their contract with Mastercard meaning that you can no longer top up using Mastercard. 2. They've done the same thing with Apple Pay meaning you can only top up with SEPA 1 Day Transfer, and Klarna. After going through hell I finally managed to have the account topped up, but the issue is it asks for 2FA ON ALL TRANSACTIONS NO MATTER THE AMOUNT. {Here] Seeing this, I went and accessed the PingME to receive the SMS, but not only is the number for the AltPay labeled under the "Revolut" section in PingME, but the number won't receive SMS. Seeing as this issue was a big problem, I of course contacted PureGold on November 13th. With the statements below.

Having a issue with your AltPay account, and before you try denying help because it’s past your warranty time (most open up sellers do that) Please listen, so basically I ordered a AltPay and I can’t even use it for the purpose I wanted since the PingME you sent won’t receive SMS (It’s a UK Revolut Number) - and I’ve tried days in a row before complaining to see if it fixed before messaging you

Now this support requests ID and selfie to have the number changed. And I don’t have ID + Selfie
I need some help or a replacement, I think this is a very fixable situation but I need help either getting a number that receives the SMS or a way to get the selfie and ID card and that note in the same frame
Then we went through a little help guide which I didn't needed moral of the story, partner no longer wants the AltPay and demands a refund, but I am open to taking offers other than AltPay equivalent to the amount of my order - which he has on his shop instead
