[Question] Amazon.com.au refund help.

Hello, 
A while back I paid someone to refund my monitor off amazon and now amazon is telling me that I have a week to ship the item back or I am going to be rebilled. Do I need to just box them with something or can someone please help me get this sorted out? Obviously the person who did it in the first place is now ghosting me saying they have no idea who I am.

"Hello BLANK,This is a reminder to return the item below. We’ve already processed your replacement order and are expecting to receive the original item. Please send the item back using the return label by Wed, Oct 27 to avoid the charges."

Please someone help me it would mean the world to me. Otherwise Ill just have to send it back and take the L on the % I paid the person originally

Download the label and remove all the info from your order from it with an editor. Then just send a box with something inside and thats it. When It says delivered just contact Amazon and say its delivered to the rep(1/2 days later). If U need More help just dm.
