If I make a post here for example leaked crunchyroll accounts but I got them from another website
and made sure they are not on cracked.to is this considered leeching or is this fine?

Mods would have a more definitive answer, but I'd say it's a grey area...some things are probably more kosher than others.  In my opinion, if you decide to post something from another website you should disclose where it came from and not try to pawn it off as your own work.  Even then there's a good chance you'll piss somebody off.
