I wanted to upgrade my own personal Netflix account, I made a ticket on his discord server, instead of upgrading my personal account, he created a new one, when I've asked him why he made a new account, I never requested that and told him that I wanted my personal account upgraded, he didn't respond and closed the ticket. After 1 day of using the account, it got downgraded, I've opened a new ticket and expressed my concerns about his service, he then fixed it, didn't respond and closed the ticket.
3 days after the first fix, account got downgraded again, and then I've told him I want a refund because his service is poor quality, he didn't upgrade my OWN personal account which Netflix upgrade services is all about. He just fixed it, never bothered to consider my refund request and closed the ticket.
I can accept a partial refund too, but not less than 13 USD, since I've used his service just 4 days.
