I request and I will buy a list of Cpanels/FTP Access/ (with login credentials) or XMLRPC shelled domains with upload capability. Need them for Blackhat SEO, backlinks promoting etc. Basically I upload on their domains to promote my business. Anyone has a list of hacked or created Cpanels/FTP Access or XMLRPC shelled domains with good reputation on google for fast indexing please PM so we can talk.
