I'm from Brazil and there are some people who do raffles, (you buy a number and compete for a prize) but some of these people make winning numbers, so if someone buys that number, the person will receive a certain amount of money. The problem is that when you go to buy a number, you don't know which one you are buying, so I would like to get around this and be able to see it and only buy it when there is a prize.
