Best solution:

All threads (new & existing) in marketplace should have a DEAL WITH CAUTION space for people with a DWC tag within the thread. Like "Deal with caution, user has a DWC Tag. We recommend you not to deal with this user until the issue has been solved."

Even better, users with DWC tags should not be allowed to open threads in marketplace. The solution above can be applied to existing threads in marketplace by the user.

Mods can already do that (limit posting in marketplace [liars and teken]). There's a option for that when adding a dwc tag. DWC tag is visible just below user stats in postbit.
