Additional Information:I bought a $10 pp that was supposed to be fully verified with no sending and receiving limits. The account won't let my use my account balance to buy anything and it won't let me send f and f or g and s. It asks me for a card or bank and I can't send with my account balance. I have enough money in pp. The account either isn't fully verified or he did something wrong when creating the acc.
