Ok, you have followed my guides and now you're making a bit of money, now you have to MAINTAIN, this is how.
Rule #1: Invest your profits
You gotta spend money to make money, be it licit or illicit, every single business out there can do with some investments, be it marketing, R&D, staff onboarding or anything that might help you thrive.
However, do not just throw money at an issue, that will bankrupt you. Always invest wisely.
However, do not just throw money at an issue, that will bankrupt you. Always invest wisely.
Rule #2: Adopt a growth mindset
Don't settle for mediocrity, my friend. Keep looking for ways to improve. Even if you're grinding at a regular job, you've got more hours in the day than you think. People often slack off, so there's always room to improve.
Rule #3: Stop focusing on pricing
Forget about the pricing games. It's not about having the cheapest product, it's about delivering quality. Focus on quality and value. Set a fair price that matches the quality you're serving. Before hiking those prices, make sure you're bringing the goods that match the tag.
Now, when it comes to keeping a profitable business with respect and professionalism:
Customer Love: Treat your customers like gold. Hear them out, build a sense of community, meet their needs, and go above and beyond. Happy customers are your best bet to stay in business.
Professionalism: Keep it pro, always. Be on time and stay transparent. Pros build trust, and that's your most important asset.
Quality over quantity: Keep a close eye on your product or service quality. It's not just about image, it's about fewer complaints and happier peeps.
Talk the Talk: Communicate with your community. Answer questions, solve issues, and be friendly. It's all about making folks feel heard and respected.
Keep It Clean: Please, for the love of God, do not scam anyone. Ever. Your word is your bond, and as a man, stepping over it will ruin many aspects of your professional and personal life.
Stay Flexible: As you conduct business, changes may appear in the market, try your best to adapt to said changes, change is the only constant, and unless you adapt to it, you will always fail in any realm.
Educate Your Crowd: Teach your customers about what you've got. Informed people make better decisions and love you for it.
Get Involved: Don't just be a business, be part of your community or industry. Build relationships beyond the checkout process.
