I found a couple handy tricks someone may get some use out of.
First, it's possible to create unlimited free fully verified PayPal accounts in Canada by signing up for a chequing account (don't do savings it won't work) here: https://www.td.com/ca/en/personal-bankin...-accounts/
Don't use a SIN, leave it empty. Go through the process, and they will tell you at the end that you need to visit a branch. That's fine, attempt to login through "Easyweb" and setup your online acc. Once you're in, you'll see your un-activated account has been opened.
Now you can use this bank account to verify up to I think 4 PayPal accounts. NOTHING needs to match. Addresses, names, nothing, it will confirm instantly and verify regardless.
And the other thing I found was a way to get a ton of Reddit accounts. See this link: https://pastebin.com/BwGkzPYe
When you log on, the accounts will likely be security flagged. Just go into settings, and connect the account to a gmail. Then you can reset the password to unlock it, and it will get sent to a gmail under your control.
