If app is blocked on your phone like if you bought something with a hacked account

for Android
> log out of app
> close app
> go to settings —> my apps —> select problematic app —> force stop —> clear data
> remove SIM card while phone is still on...replace it after 10 seconds (this will renew your IP address)
> launch app
> log in with new hacked account

For iPhone
> log out of app
> close app
> go to settings —> general —> iPhone storage —> select problematic app —> delete app —> delete app (again to delete all data
> remove SIM card while phone is still on...replace it after 10 seconds (this will renew your IP address)
> download app again
> log in with new hacked account
