As most of you have noticed, recently there was an increase in spam threads related to this method.
There is no such thing as a timezone exploit. Do not install random Tampermonkey scripts.
The whole point of the script is to get you to send money to a bogus address.
Accounts claiming the script works are owned by the same person advertising it.
G2A's Support Hub also has an official article about it:

While we explore our options to combat the spam, you are doing great reporting threads promoting this fraud.
