Removing a vouch

A user left a vouch on my thread. it has since been resolved. They have tried to remove/change it but they've been having problems with it. Is there a way to remove it?

You cant remove a vouch.

Let him contact the staff and ask to delete the vouch.

Its strange that the user receives this "x"pop up instead of this "already vouched alert"
