made a thread about this already with a link to a gif (since you can't post pics or gifs anymore)
If you try to add a picture to your reply, it doesn't get shown in the reply.
If you now try to edit the reply, you see that the picture is there.
If you try to edit anything now or "save changes" then it wants you to add a valid Virustotal link.
