Additional Information: i Ask the User for a Customer Config, Payback.de he want a First Payment i send him 35$ in BTC later he say to me he have the money but its Shadowed and he cant use it. so he want to send me a Refund.. i give him my Wallet the Refund never comes back. a few Hours he Tell me the Config is Rdy i pay him the 75$ for the Config and Again he say to me the Money is by him but Shadowed he send a Refund. he send it but with Low Fee and not to my Adress so its 110$ they i Lose... i send it Again the 75$ and now we are by 185$ i Message him in Telegram in CIO. and he ignore me i have no refund my Money no Config Nothing. i want the Working Config or my Money Back
