Additional Information:

I clearly stated that I want the paypal and wise under the same details, which the seller agreed to, which resulted of me purchasing them. However, upon delivery of the wise account, and subsequent replacement as the first account got limited, the seller stated that the paypal account should only take 24 hours to deliver initially however this ended up dragging on to over 3 days of non delivery. Afterwards, he offered to refund my paypal purchase but as you can see from those screenshots I clearly have no use of the wise account if it doesn't have a paypal also linked to it. So seller proceeded to refund the paypal but refuses to refund the wise which I have not touched at all. I am requesting a refund for the wise account since it is different and doesn't have a paypal with the same details associated with it and the paypal wasn't delivered within the specified time frame.

First wise delivered to him instantly and after 24h he comes to us saying wise is reviewing his account because of some shady transactions he made, so based on his actions & transactions on the account the replacement should be denied, but because I don't want to get a headache and going for a long trip with this guy, I gave him free replacement as good gesture.

Paypal he can't wait he keeps ping me 24h/24h so I just refunded his shit.


Refunding wise is not option otherwise he should pay 50$ which is about 35% for the first blocked account or I can refund only 65% for the actual cost.

He stated that I quote 
'It was our fault so please next time send from wise not card'

It's not my fault I didn't understand your shady account creation process and you didn't explain it beforehand, and if he wants to talk about losses I had approximately 50 usd in that wise account from customer transactions which I can no longer take out as a result of the deactivation. So could I get those refunded as well please. 

Also please provide proof in the future.

The account had 24 hours warranty, and the wise account was deactivated within the 24 hours so I'm not sure if this good gesture is actually a good gesture or him just following the terms and conditions he stated himself. 

Moreover during the first account deactivation he refused to offer a refund / replacement at all even though the account stopped being fully functional within the refund time frame:

And dragged it out til 40 hours later when wise made their decision to deactivate the account to then give me a replacement. This is also against the terms he set out.

It was your fault, i just don't want to go into fighting and long conversations because dont have time for you, our tos from clowns.biz is clear 24h warranty once transactions made the warranty is gone.

You should understand that you made transactions there my guy, you can't buy account and make transactions and waiting for replacement. The warranty avoided already the time you made first transaction.

We sell accounts and we don't held responsibility for your own transaction/actions.

Along with that if you want to work with PayPal and wise you should not use wise and wait for paypal.

In case of refund I should also compromise my loses, because doing good gestures in business and talking nicely to costumers doesn't work anymore.
