Additional Information: I bought lifetime subscription for combos with the intention to use it for years but it didn't even lasted one year. Wouldn't buy it if I knew it will be like that so I feel screwed to some exstent. I would like to receive 50% of what I've paid.

The service used to be 49.99 euro per month, lifetime was 149.99 euro. His order ID says that he bought May 30th, 2020. DataTouch was a service until January 2021, he had more then 8 months of service. Therefore, he is owed $0, I don't know why he's trying to scam me, Lol.

Interesting choice of words, to "scam" you lol. You are the one who creates a product, advertises on discord lifetime subscription and shuts down the project when not even an year have passed. If that's not a scam I don't know what is.

Service was active for more than enough time, for you to make back the 149 euros. Lifetime means the lifetime of service and not your life but has to last a significant timeframe for value which in this case it has lasted.

No refund needs to be issued.
