On 6th Nov I have purchased a product and paid 15 EUR from him and got a confirmation email after payment where it says I have to contact him to get the account infos
I have sent email to him and after one day he replied (screenshot of shoppy email) and I sent him the screenshots after that and after I sent another several emails he replied (did you even read the description bro) I told him yes and what’s there he replied after another one day (on product page bro, i mean i will try within 24 hours, maximum 72 hours) I have rechecked everything to see if I missed something but there is nothing mentioned about timing or waiting time
Anyway I have agreed to wait and after 4 days I sent him emails asking for account informations and he replied (I am trying my best, one question can you take any other porn products)
I told him I want the same product the product was available the time I purchased or please refund my money please
From that day he didn’t reply he didn’t refund or give me the account at least so I feel like I have been scammed
For the beginning he made it like it’s my mistake that I didn’t read the descriptions while there’s nothing where it mentions there is a time to wait between 24 to 72 hours
After that he said he is doing his best and asked me to choose another products (it’s clear he don’t hand my products and he is using excuses by putting the mistake in a customer)
After I ask for a refund he simply ignore me and it’s now almost 2 weeks
I have all the proves and screenshots of everything
